Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–18 business days. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address.
How much does shipping cost? ▾
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a qualifying threshold — check our current promotion at checkout.
Will my order arrive in one package? ▾
Most orders are shipped together. Occasionally, if items come from different warehouse locations, they may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each shipment individually.

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also log in to your SmartRivo account to view live tracking at any time.
Check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. You can also contact us directly and we'll look it up for you instantly.

Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy? ▾
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now? ▾
We're so sorry if that happened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required.
How long do refunds take? ▾
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? ▾
Absolutely. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd prefer, and we'll arrange an exchange. Subject to availability, exchanges ship within 2 business days of receiving your return.
